Description

As the largest social services agency in the country, DSS/HRA is responsible for administering several programs to reach low-income New Yorkers. The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) makes funding available for eligible low-moderate income New York City households who are behind in their rent. Orders for transit ads were directly placed with the vendor OUTFRONT.
