Outfront Media Group LLC is the advertising licensee for the MTA subway, commuter rail and bus system that has the exclusive right to post and display advertising on those system.
Description

As the largest social services agency in the country, DSS/HRA is responsible for administering several programs to reach low-income New Yorkers. Using the Fair Fares NYC MetroCard, eligible New York City residents receive a 50% discount on subway and eligible bus fares.
DSS/HRA intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Outfront Media Group, LLC for placing the Fair Fares campaign ads on busesand subways from 9/13/2021 to 12/5/2021. Outfront is the current advertising licensee for the MTA subway, commuter rail and bussystems. Outfront has the exclusive right to post and display advertising on those systems.
