Description

The uninterrupted continuation of this contract is needed to keep Supplying Cationic Dewatering Polymer at Wards Island and Red Hook Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities. Under this contract the successful Contractor shall manufacture and deliver chemical organic polymer flocculent to be used for conditioning sludge in centrifuge dewatering. The polymer will be utilized in the
conditioning of sludge which will be dewatered by "high solids" centrifuges. The sludge to be dewatered is a combination of primary and secondary sludge which is gravity thickened and then anaerobically digested.
