NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call. Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 2348 065 3044.
IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the Office of Chief Medical Examiner and Quality and Assurance Technology Corp., located at 18 Marginwood Drive, Ridge, NY 11961, to provide professional services for physical security systems for Genetec and C-Cure. The Purchase Order/Contract amount shall not exceed $500,000.00. The term shall be three years from date of Registration with one three-year renewal option. CB 6, Manhattan. The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract is available for public inspection from the Office of Chief Medical Examiner, by emailing Vilma Johnson at vjohnson@ocme.nyc.gov, from December 8, 2022 to December 20, 2022, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Anyone who wishes to speak at this public hearing should request to do so in writing. The written request must be received by the Agency within five (5) business days after publication of this notice.
