Description

Operation of Seven City Owned Multiservice Centers.  The primary responsibilities of the Multi Service Center Sponsor include the coordination of comprehensive services, and a full range of administrative functions geared to insure smooth day to day functioning of the MSC.  The MSC contract is a “zero” dollar contract and there are no costs associated with this NAE.
