Description

 BID HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 16, 2023  10AM

Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, material and equipment to provide the following:

Mobile Boiler Rental, Mobile Boiler Piping Connections and related work, Steam Distribution Tank Unit repair, maintenance and related work, Steam Distribution Radiator Unit repair, maintenance and related work, Steam control valve Stations, and Boiler Preventive Maintenance and related work.

This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority’s Project Labor Agreement.  The Letters of Assent signed by the Bidder, and each proposed Subcontractor who is required to be identified in the Sealed Subcontractor List described in Section V of the Form of Proposal MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE BIDDER’S BID PRIOR TO THE BID OPENING. The Bidder’s failure to submit Letters of Assent signed by the Bidder, and each proposed Subcontractor who is required to be identified on the Sealed Subcontractor List, along with the Bidder’s Bid and prior to the Bid opening, shall result in the Bidder being declared NON-RESPONSIVE and ineligible for the award of the Contract. 

A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 10:00AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
