Description

The New York Department of Homeless Services (DHS) Facilities and Logistics is soliciting bids from qualified responsible vendors for Provision of Maintenance and Repair of Elevators at more than 200 directly operated and contracted shelter facilities throughout New York City. These services are required to perform monthly maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts in order to keep elevators in optimal working order and provide a safe environment for DHS clients and staff for Thirty-Six (36) Months with One Twenty-Four (24) Months Renewal Option.
