Description

Emergency contract with James Austin to provide and develop a housing and management strategy that will safely and adequately manage incarcerated individuals who have engaged in serious acts of violence and pose a heightened security risk to other incarcerated individuals and staff; and other related services and/or goods to the New York City Department of Correction (DOC) to implement the required Action Plan (“the Plan” or “Action Plan”) ordered in Nunez, et al. v. City of New York, et al., 11-cv-5845 (LTS) (JCF).
