Description

The Department of Social Services Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is requesting a Sole Source procurement for the Purchase of EveryAction SmartVAN Software Licenses and Support through PruTech Solutions, Inc. for the service period of 11/01/2020 to 10/31/2021. The contract amount is $99,800.00.

The Department of Social Services Public Engagement Unit (PEU) uses EveryAction's SmartVan tool for outreach along with Target Smart for data collection of the residents in the City of New York. To improve functionality of the existing systems, DSS/PEU is looking to continue its usage of the EveryAction SmartVan software licenses, services and support for the EveryAction SmartVAN tool and the DemNYC project.

PruTech Solutions, Inc. is the sole source provider of EveryAction SmartVan Software Licenses and Support and is the only authorized reseller.
