Goulds 3298 Chemical Process Pumps (DEP BWT Sole Source). This is a 1-time sole source purchase of (40) Goulds Pumps, Model# 3298 Chemical Process Pumps from the exclusive authorized sole source vendor of the manufacturer (ITT Goulds), G A Fleet Associates, Inc. These pumps are used at the DEP Coney Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility ("WRRF") on the odor control scrubber units, which eliminate odors from emanating from the facility. The Coney Island WRRF is located at the center of a residential area.
