PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Real Estate Services (DCAS) will be conducting an online public lease auction in accordance with New York Administrative Code Section 4-203. Online bids will be accepted via the DCAS auction webpage at nyc.gov/auctions from December 8, 2022 at 9:00 AM until December 15, 2022 at 9:00 PM. The apparent highest bidders will be identified by December 19, 2022 and such bids will be subject to a due diligence process. Auction results will also be posted on the DCAS auction webpage at nyc.gov/auctions. The City intends to award the bids to the highest eligible bidders.
The auction will be conducted in accordance with Offering Terms and Conditions, together with any Special Terms and Conditions, if any, pertinent to specific parcels. Offering Terms and Conditions, any Special Terms and Conditions, and inspection times are available on the DCAS auction webpage at nyc.gov/auctions.
