The City of New York Administration of Children’s Services ("ACS") has awarded a concession to Distributors Vending Corp, of 2 Lawrence Street, Ardsley, New York 10502, for the installation, operation, and maintenance of approximately twenty-one (21) Beverage and Snack Vending Machines at facilities Citywide. The concession, which was solicited by a Competitive Sealed Bid, will operate pursuant to a license agreement for one (1) five (5) year term from 4/1/22 to 3/31/27 with one (1) five (5) year option to renew to 3/31/32. The Concessionaire shall pay to the City a flat fee per operating year as indicated below.
