Description

NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA) intends to enter into an agreement with the Preferred Source vendor New York State Industries for the Disabled Inc. (NYSID) to Prepare, Scan, Digitize, and Archive via Thumb Drive DFTA’s Office of Human Resources’ personnel folders. The volume would include approximately 682,185 images/approximately 365 boxes at 1,869 images per box. Services to include offsite scanning to PDF/A with custom naming per file within records.
