IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Police Department of the City of New York and Vigilant Solutions, located at 1152 Stealth Street, Livermore, CA 94551, for the provision of “Vigilant’s License Plate Recognition (LPR) and LEARN Licenses”, Citywide. The contract amount shall be $564,828.00. The contract term shall be for three years from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025, with three three-year renewal options. E-PIN #: 05623S0002001.
The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
