IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between New York City Emergency Management and VisionLink, Inc., principal office located at 4450 Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 100, Boulder, CO 80301, for the provision of a Community Preparedness Database. The contract amount shall not exceed $140,000.00.
