NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call. Call-in #: 1-917-410-4077, ACCESS CODE: 976923971#.

IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Office of Technology and Innovation and RCI Technologies Inc., located at 1133 Green Street, Iselin, NJ 08830, for 7-858-0142A NYC3 EAT Project Manager (PM II). The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $117,162.50. The term will be five months from issuance of Notice to Proceed. PIN #: 20220201383, E-PIN #: 85823W0020001.

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if OTI does not receive, by September 7, 2022, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then OTI need not conduct this hearing.
