New York City Deferred Compensation Plan The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Discretionary Investment Management of Traditional Guaranteed Investment Contracts in a separate account format for the Plan’s Stable Income Fund (“the Fund”). To be considered, vendors must submit their Traditional GIC separate account composite information to Milliman Investment Consulting at the following e-mail address: investment.search@milliman.com. Please complete the submission of Traditional GIC separate account composite information no later than 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time on October 10, 2022. Consistent with the policies expressed by the City, proposals from certified minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses or proposals that include partnering arrangements with certified minority-owned and/or women-owned firms are encouraged. Additionally, proposals from small and New York City-based businesses are also encouraged.
