Description

This Project consists of energy efficiency upgrades throughout the building to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, where the scope of work includes existing pump and fan motor replacement with premium efficiency motors, building-wide lighting fixture replacement with LED fixtures with new occupancy sensors, a new steam condensate recovery system for building domestic hot water system.
