Description

SCOPE OF WORK 1. The scope of work under this contract is to provide labor and/or material for tasks related to the field of Plumbing. 2. NYCHA is under no obligation to order the estimated quantities, if any, shown on the Form of Proposal. These estimated quantities are for bidding purposes only. 3. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the following items of work are considered typical tasks that would be performed: • Installs/ repairs piping systems including water, waste, gas and heating. • Install/repair plumbing fixtures. • Disconnect and reconnect gas fired appliances.

Please Note: This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority’s Project Labor Agreement and, as part of its bid, the Bidder must submit at the time of bid submission: (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder; AND (2) Letters of Assent signed by each of the Bidder’s proposed Subcontractors.

A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
