Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to extend the subject contract for one (1) year via the negotiated acquisition extension procurement method. Extending this contract for an additional year will prevent a disruption of these critical & mandated services while ACS completes the RFP process. RFP is anticipated to be released by Fall 2022.
Description

Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) program are for youth at the Children’s Center awaiting placement in foster care programs operated by an ACS contracted Provider Agency. CSEC includes programs that promote healthy relationships, safer sex practices and community safety among youth, utilizing developmentally-appropriate engagement strategies, individual assessment, group workshops and referrals to community-based organizations.
