Human Resources Administration Emergency and Intervention Services (EIS) is seeking to initiate a Negotiated Acquisition Extension  for the existing vendor Urban Resource Institute to provide for the operation of Women’s Safe Start Emergency Shelter, an eighty-two (82) bed facility for survivors of domestic violence. The EIS intends to ensure the continuation of these pertinent services from March 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.
