Description

ACP seeks to replace their current court scheduling and voucher processing systems with a configurable, scalable, and secure CTVS. The objective of the CTVS is to link all administrative aspects of a legal case so as to 1)protect attorney-client and private info and provide system security and admin;2)maintain case assignment and arraignment calendars; 3)assign and manage case and payment workflows; 4)process voucher payments; 5) link workflows and track cases 6)automate reporting;7)provide mobile access to end users; MOCJ is soliciting Proposals for LegalStratus, which will be hosted on a FedRAMP-compliant GovCloud platform or equal and supported by platform encryption, including an integrated eSignature utility. The solution will be implemented following an Agile development methodology. The solution will be finalized and prioritized with working software released at the end of each sprint. At a minimum, the Selected Proposer will collaborate with the Project Team and Advisors to collect and validate system requirements. By replacing the current court scheduling and voucher processing systems , ACP and DOF expect to link info across all aspects of their combined workflows(Attachment A)to achieve efficient case management practices; improve automation for paperless voucher processing; and provide comprehensive reporting. Protections for attorney-client confidentiality and privacy will be intrinsic to the design and implementation of the new system.
