The New York City Human Resource Administration (HRA), Adult Protective Services, provides adults 18 years or older with mental or physical impairments, who cannot provide their basic needs, or protect themselves from neglect, abuse or hazardous situations and have no one willing and able to help in a responsible manner. The Adult Protective Services Unit is requesting a solicitation for Emergency Heavy Duty Cleaning Court Mandated Services for a period of thirty – six (36) months with one two-year (2) renewal options. The contract services enable HRA/APS to prevent eviction, clean disinfect, exterminates and/or to place home care services into client’s residence, enabling impaired adults to remain in a community setting as an alternative to premature or unnecessary costly institutions. The proposed contract term is from 6/1/1/2022 – 5/31/2025 with a one two - year (2) renewal options.
