The transition of these revenue generating services that are provided under the existing contract cannot be timely met through a competitive sealed bid or request for proposal at this time. The agency released a bid for these services which was released on 11/29/21. Responses are due on 1/24/22.
Description

The current contract with Law Enforcement Systems for out-of-state DMV registration information expires on 10/31/2021. This request is for a Negotiated Acquisition Extension of the contract for the period of 11/01/2021 through 10/31/2022. A new bid for out-of-state DMV registration was released on 11/29/21 and responses were due on 2/14/22.  Services, however, were still required by STARS to continue the timely processing of parking violations.
