Description

Fabrication and delivery of sleds, small hoop racks and Large hoop racks including storage and administrative tasks. With the increase in number of bicyclists citywide over the past several years and the Mayor announced the City's commitment to install 5,000 publically accessible bike racks yearly, NYCDOT recognizes the importance of providing safe, available locations for cyclists to park their bicycles. To further the maintenance and expansion of the bicycle network, NYCDOT initiates this procurement whereby the Contractor will fabricate, store and deliver approximately 15,000 large hoop, small hoop bike racks and sled bide racks debossed with NYC logo, and requisite bolts.
