NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Board of Elections and Ready Data, Inc., 140 West End Avenue, Suite 14C, New York, NY 10023, for the purchase of Absentee Ballot Boxes, Citywide. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract is $177,194.00. The term will be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.  PIN #: 00320222023.

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
