Description

Online Licensing Portal begin with implementing the Online Licensing Portal framework. The framework shall include styling, branding, specific UI components to be used in subsequent increments. It shall also contain the authentication process for the Online Licensing Portal. Once the Contractor implements the Online Licensing Portal framework, the Contractor shall begin functional development in increments. The Contractor shall work with DCWP to determine the order of functional development that provides the best value for DCWP. The Contractor shall proceed in the following order: Profile, Licenses. Payments, Inspections, Complaints, Hearing, Documents, and Compliance.
