IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and BronxWorks, Inc., located at 60 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453, for the provision of Shelter Facilities for Homeless Families with Children at 1605 Nelson Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027 with one four-year renewal option from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2031. The contract amount will be $22,561,335.00. CB 5, Bronx. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Human Resources Administration of the City of New York, Office of Contracts, 150 Greenwich Street, 37th Floor, New York, NY 10007, on business days, from June 6, 2022 to June 16, 2022, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
