FY22 NEW CONTRACT CONNECT DEMO PROJECT 22AZ015901R0X00 Post Graduate Center for Mental Health (Contractor) will participate in the demonstration project of a new model, Continuous Engagement between Community and Clinic Treatment (CONNECT) that will enhance and expand the capacity of Post Graduate Center's existing licensed Article 31 mental health clinic
