Offers subject to financing shall include a pre-approval letter from the Offeror’s lender and will require a 10% minimum down payment. Cash Offers shall include proof of funds in a form and manner that is acceptable to CUCF.
Award, if any, will be made to the responsible and responsive Offeror that provides the Offer with highest and best value to CUCF, price and other factors considered.
CUCF may reject all offers at its sole discretion.
Broker Commission: 5% of sale price will be split among the listing broker at 3% and the buyer’s broker at 2%.
