The term of the contract is five (5) years, with 2 three-year renewal options. Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. This project is subject to goals for project participation by Minority and Women Owned Enterprise (M/WBE) as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort.
