NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the Department of Sanitation and CITIBIN, Inc., located at 254 36th Street, Suite 519B, Brooklyn, NY 11232, for Residential Clean Curbs Pilot Program, Citywide. The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $462,750.00. The term shall be from June 2, 2022 to June 30, 2024.  PIN #: 82722W0033001
 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 
A draft copy of the Purchase Order/Contract is available for public inspection at the Department of  Sanitation’s Contract Division, 44 Beaver Street, 2nd Floor, Room 203, New York, NY 10004, Monday to Friday, from April 29, 2022 to May 12, 2022, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
