ACS is required by the State Commission on Correction (SCOC) [Regulation Part 7301 Section §7328.2] to provide health and fitness activities to residents of secure detention facilities. ACS needs to replace a terminated agreement due to non-compliance with Section 3.03 of the Contract Agreement.
Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(C) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter into a negotiated acquisition contract with Center for Community Alternatives Inc. (CCA) with its headquarters located at 115 East Jefferson Street, Suite 300, Syracuse, NY 13202 to provide health and fitness activities to residents of secure detention facilities -Crossroads and Horizon Juvenile Detention Centers. The term of the contract will be from January 4, 2022 to December 31, 2022 with one (1) three-year renewal option per the original contract. The proposed budget for this negotiated acquisition is a maximum of $700,000.00.
