Empire Fulton Ferry Rip-Rap Revetment The Empire Fulton Ferry (EFF) revetment is located within Brooklyn Bridge Park between Main Street and Old Dock Street. The revetment requires reconstruction to address erosion and settlement issues currently exhibited along the existing riprap revetment. The project will replace the existing riprap revetment along approximately 490 linear feet of shoreline with a similar riprap structure.

Dumbo Waterfront Encompasses approximately 1,800 linear feet of shoreline inclusive of Main Street park Shoreline, Adams Street Bulkhead, John Street Park Shoreline, and Jay Street Bulkhead and Connector. The scope of repairs includes the following:

o Main Street Shoreline – Clean and reattach trash rack at an existing outfall, replace missing armor stone

o John Street Shoreline – Replace missing armor stone

o Jay Street Bulkhead – Surface concrete spall and erosion repairs

o Adam Street Bulkhead – Concrete extension of bulkhead

Adam’s Street Esplanade Pavement Settling - This project will investigate the cause of settlement and fill loss observed in the area and will include the reconstruction of subgrade stability by way of pressured grout injections.
