Description

The funds for this contract have been provided through a grant from the New York State Office for the Aging (SOFA) under the Department for the Aging's (DFTA) Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program (HIICAP) as the lead agency for the Medicare Part D and the Low Income Subsidy Outreach project. The funds will be used to assist older adults to enroll in the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug program and to reach Medicare beneficiaries likely to be eligible for the Part D Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) and the Medicare Savings Program. The contract period will be from 09/1/2021 to 08/31/2022.
