A mandatory pre-bid submission conference will be held at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, April 13th, via Brooklyn Navy Yard Offices, 141 Flushing Avenue, Building 77 Suite 801, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11205. Failure to attend will result in disqualification. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must attend the meeting. All attendees must rsvp by sending an email to HCau@bnydc.org
Description

Modernization of five (5) passenger elevators and nine (9) Freight elevators in 3 seperate buildings 3, 5 and 280. 

Subsequent to the pre-bid meeting, a walk-through of all existing elevators will take place between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM on Thursday April 14th, Friday April 15th, Monday April 18th and Tuesday April 19th.
