Pay per Shift (Basic) Car Service NAE with Corporate Transportation Group for the period 1/1/22 - 6/30/22.  These services are vital to ACS because they facilitate the movement of children under the care and custody of the Commissioner; their parents and guardians, and staff members, in both emergency and non-emergency situations. Transports may occur to and from: schools; foster care placement facilities; agency staff offices and childcare facilities; family courts; hospitals and medical facilities; private institutions and residences; retreats; college fairs; correctional facilities, and to and from other required locations.  ACS is currently soliciting new transportation services from an RFP, however ACS does not anticipate that new services will be in place until 7/1/22.  In order to maintain continuity of services until the new services are in place, ACS is entering into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension with the current vendor for the period 1/1/22 - 6/30/22.
