IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Jacobs Hazen JV, 1 Penn Plaza, 54th Floor, Suite 5420, New York, NY 10119 for HP-238-CM: Construction Management Services for the Construction of New Anaerobic Digester Facilities at Hunts Point Wastwater Resource Recovery Facility. The Contract term shall be 2180 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed. The Contract amount shall be $29,696,450.14—Location: Bronx EPIN: 82621P0017
