NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices on March 31, 2022 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Urbahn Architects PLLC, 306 West 47th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10018 for CAT-379 for the Bureau of Police & Security Academy Renovation at Kingston.  The Contract term shall be 3 years from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $3,625,360.26—Location: Upstate NY: EPIN: 82620P0015001

This contract was selected by Competitive Sealed Proposals pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
