In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the operation and maintenance of Seasonal Programming and Other Services at Randall’s Island Park, Manhattan. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, Ichan Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 20 Randall’s Island, New York, NY 10035. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, April 29, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained at no cost, commencing Friday, March 18, 2022 through Friday, April 29, 2022, by contacting Andrew Coppola, Senior Project Manager at (212)360-3454 or at Andrew.Coppola@parks.nyc.gov.
