Description
The Work shall consist of furnishing labor, material, equipment, insurance, incidental items and permits, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, for the painting of residential apartments in any of the Buildings constituting the Development(s) included in this Contract. The Contractor must paint complete apartments (including all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, foyer, dinette, halls, bathrooms) in the manner described below, using a Standard One (1) Coat Paint System or a Standard Two (2) Coat Paint System.
