Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Records and Information Services and New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc., located at 352 Seventh Avenue, Suite 201, New York, NY 10001, for janitorial services, the work shall be performed at the New York City Department of Records and Information Services (DORIS) facilities at 66-26 Metropolitan Avenue in Middle Village, Queens, NY 11379. The term of the contract will be from September 17, 2020 to June 30, 2022. The amount of this contract will be $107,972.92.  CB 5, Queens.  E-PIN #: 86021R8001KXLA001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Required Method of Source Selection (Preferred Source), pursuant to Section 1-02 (d)(1) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
