Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a Purchase Order/Contract between the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) and Business Relocation Services, Inc., 257 Beach 128th Street, Suit A1, Rockaway Park, NY 11694, for the acquisition of moving services for HPD facilities.  The Purchase Order/Contract amount shall be $268,000.00.  The term shall be from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023.  CB 6, Bronx; CB 2, 5 and 8, Brooklyn; CB 1, 9 and 11, Manhattan; CB 9, Queens; CB 1, Staten Island.  E-PIN #: 80621W0014001A001.

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.


A draft copy of the proposed contract is available for public inspection at the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, 100 Gold Street, 8th Floor, Room 8B-06, New York, NY 10038, on business days, from January 13, 2022 to January 27, 2022, excluding Holidays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Contact Mr. Gaurav Channan, Deputy ACCO, at 646 357-6841.
