Description

The City of New York by and through its Department of Design and Construction invites interested vendors to download the Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) at https://designbuild.ddcanywhere.nyc/  in connection with the  DESIGN BUILD PROJECT FOR THE RIGHT OF WAY GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION, IN BROOKLYN, NY .

DDC intends to issue design build project in two steps: RFQ and RFP.  Separate requests for proposals (RFPs) will be issued to shortlisted firms permitting the award of the project. The esimated budget for the project is $24 to $27 Million. This RFQ will qualify teams for step 2 and receipt of RFPs for the following Contracts:DESIGN BUILD PROJECT FOR THE RIGHT OF WAY GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION, IN BROOKLYN, NY, Project ID: GKOH15-DB. See RFQ for details.

Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE): The City encourages participation in the program by Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) and will set requirements for M/WBE participation in the program’s design-build contracts. PASSPort: Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort) Disclosure Filing (formerly known as Vendor Information Exchange System (VENDEX) Forms or Certificate of No Change: All organizations intending to do business with the City of New York must complete a disclosure process in order to be considered for a contract. This disclosure process was formerly completed using Vendor Information Exchange System (VENDEX) paper-based forms. Beginning in summer 2017, the City of New York moved collection of vendor disclosure information online. In anticipation of awards, proposers must create online accounts in the Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort) and file all disclosure information. Paper submissions, including certifications of no changes to existing VENDEX packages will not be accepted in lieu of complete online filings. Disclosure filing completion is required.
