Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call. Call-in #: 1-516-554-0380 participant passcode 593496882#.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Office of the Comptroller and Peraton Inc., located at 12975 Worldgate Drive, Herndon, Virginia 20170, for the provision of Omnibus Automated Image Storage and Information System (OAISIS) Development and Maintenance and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services. The value of the contract shall be $11,539,279.05. The term of the contract shall be from 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2025. PIN# 01522BIST51992.

 

The Comptroller, may renew the Term of this Agreement for one (1) or more periods so long as the aggregate amount of such renewal periods does not exceed five (5) years.

 

The vendor has been selected by means of the Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
