Description
In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the New York City Comptroller Office (the “Comptroller’s Office”), acting on behalf of the New York City Retirement Systems, is seeking to extend the existing U.S. Mid-Capitalization Investment Management Agreement with Wellington Capital Management LLP for 9 months, from July 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. The firm is a fiduciary and provides U.S. mid-capitalization equity investment management services.
