IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and Guidepost Solutions, LLC, located at 415 Madison Avenue, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10017, to serve as monitor to oversee the performance of certain projects to be undertaken at housing developments owned and operated by the New York City Public Housing Authority. The contract amount will be $649,150.65. The contract term shall be from September 5, 2019 to July 31, 2021.
The contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 (a) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
