Nature of services sought: In accordance with the initiative to wean off of MS Access due to security concerns, by prioritizing the replacement Workflow Management System ("WMS"), the Operations Division is interested in acquiring a browser based WMS. Operations decided that HighGear was the preferred technology for the Agency to pursue for Operations’ WMS since it satisfied requirements and concerns of Operations and Information Technology.
Start date of the proposed contract: 1/1/2022
End date of the proposed contract: 12/1/2024
