Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via a WebEx conference call on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on the following:

IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) and Stetson School, Inc. for the provision of Extraordinary Needs Foster Care services. The Stetson School is located at 455 South Street, Barre, MA 01005. The term of the proposed contract will be from June 11, 2021 through June 30, 2023 with one 3-year renewal option. The total contract amount for this negotiated acquisition is $500,473.25. The EPIN for this contract is 06822N0002001.

The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
