Working with the federal DOT Volpe Center and in accordance with Executive order 53 NYC will create an Clean Fleet Transition Plan and Safe Fleet Transition Plan update and do so every 2 years after. The new five year agreement to support NYC Fleet efforts for sustainable and safe fleet operations.
